Balls Collision in MayaThis tutorial is very simple but very rich because it’s just an idea for making a collision between balls of billiard or snooker game
Simulating a Cartoon Rocket with Rigid / Bodies (Dynamic Simulation)Maya dynamics feature has many different sub-features such as fields, effects, particles, soft/rigid bodies and much more.

This tutorial is very simple but very rich because it’s just an idea for making a collision between balls of billiard or snooker game or the pieces of carom board. This tutorial is for beginners. In this tutorial the most special thing is velocity of an active rigid body in Maya. It’s very interesting and great feature of 3d dynamics in some 3d software. This tutorial will show you a passive body which is static and that is board roughly made for the tutorial and other all objects are active rigid bodies and they are simply balls make for applying active rigid body on them. At the end you will give a little velocity of one of active rigid bodies and you will see the collision between all objects because of dynamics physics applied in Maya.
